Testing the stimulating properties of "Nanodessert nutritional" on Brachydanio rerio laboratory fish
Testing of "Nanodessert nutritional", dry fermented milk product of functional nutrition (hereinafter Nn), by M.V. Kutushov for LLC "Nanoasia Group" was conducted on juvenile Brachydanio rerio laboratory fish for the study of the effect on erythropoiesis and on the regeneration of the severed upper lobe of the caudal fin. (20 control fish, 30 experimental fish). The experimental fish were given granulated feed with 0.25% of Nn while the controls' feed didn't contain Nn. The frequency of occurrence of young erythrocytes in the blood of the experimental fish increases half as much as in the controls which indicates the stimulation of erythropoiesis. In the second part of the test, the ability of Nn to accelerate the regeneration of the removed part of the fin was studied. On day 7, the upper lobe of the caudal fin of the experimental fish was cut off. With the use of luminescent microscopy and histochemical it was found that the 8th day showed the most intensive regeneration of the cut fin. When using Nn, the regenerate grows 42% faster than the regenerate in fish that did not receive Nn with food. Histochemical studies also showed RNA synthesizing in the regenerating part of the fin (when feeding fish with the addition of Nn), which also contributes to the acceleration of regenerate growth. The researched product capable of intensifying the erythropoiesis and regenerating the lost part of the organ can be widely used in cosmetology, medicine and biology.
